In this article, you'll learn how the new Job Profiles page works: how to create, duplicate, edit and delete a job profile step by step.

The new Job Profiles page is being rolled out company by company. If your portal still looks different, you are on the previous version: see Create Job Profiles and Manage Job Profiles. Ask your contact person at Selection Lab if you would like to switch to the new page.

What's new

The new page guides you through creating a job profile in clear steps, instead of one long page. Along the way you can always see what you have chosen so far, and at the end you get a summary before you save.

What this brings you:

• A step-by-step flow with an overview on the left, so you can jump back to any step at any time.
• A summary screen before saving, and changes take you straight back to that summary.
• A clearer intelligence step, including a visualisation of the effect of your choice on the match score.
• The option to leave intelligence out of the match score entirely.
• Duplicating an existing profile, including its translations.

The overview page

Go to Job Profiles in the top bar of your portal. Here you'll find:

• General job profiles — the standard profiles available in the portal.
• Your own job profiles — the profiles created for your organisation.
